Vendor Management Area Overview

When you apply for your Creative Cart vendor account, you will be asked to provide a password. Once your account has been approved you will receive a vendor ID by e-mail. With this ID and your password, you can log into your secure Vendor Management Area (VMA). From inside your VMA you can:

  • Retrieve new or old orders
  • Make buy buttons
  • Setup colors, templates, logos
  • Choose shipping and handling options
  • Change passwords
  • Select countries from which you will accept orders
  • Pick payment methods that you will accept
  • Search through orders
  • Maintain your company's contact information (e-mail, address, phone numbers, etc.)
